Terms of Use
RallyCatch is an app for adults who want to find people nearby to play sports with. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who can use RallyCatch
You must be 18 or older. We check this at sign-up and we will close any account we believe belongs to a minor.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your sign-in (Apple or Google) under your control. Do not create an account for someone else, impersonate anyone, or run more than one account to game Catches or invites.
3. What you can post
Photos, prompts and messages must be yours to share, and must not include anyone under 18, sexual content involving minors, harassment, scams, or anything illegal. We can remove content, hide photos, or close an account without notice when this is broken.
4. Rallies and Catches
Rallies are games that members host and join; the host sets the sport, venue, time and spots. Players are ranked by shared sports and distance. Rallies, Catches and chats are features of the service, not a promise that a game will happen or that anyone will show up. Paid plans extend limits; they do not guarantee games or connections.
5. Location
Nearby Rallies and players only work if we know roughly where you are. We store a single point and show other people a rounded distance, not your address. A Rally shows the venue its host picked. You can turn location off, but then we cannot show you what is nearby.
6. Safety
You can block or report anyone. A report also blocks that person. Play at public venues, especially with people you have not met before. Sports carry a risk of injury: play within your limits. RallyCatch is not a party to anything that happens off the app.
7. Ending the account
You can delete your account in the app. We anonymise it, leave your Rallies and close your chats. We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example a ban, so you cannot immediately return).
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use RallyCatch after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
